Just as the snow falls and gently covers the streets, providing a bright light to even the darkest corners, we invite you to join in on spreading kindness; we hope to illuminate the paths we walk, the conversations we have and the thoughts we think with kind actions and words. No need to choose the chocolate or acts of kindness (we LOVE our chocolate) but rather, why not have both? Each person subscribed to the list will receive a daily note and a kindness invitation.

"When the mind wanders and I NOTICE it, I do a silent celebration. In my opinion, no matter if there is loads of chatter or if I’m glued to one thought I will always have that awesome moment when I recognize I was swept away and can let it go. With practice, the realization that the mind is dwelling in the past or living in the future starts to occur a bit more frequently. The practice cultivates self-awareness; tuning the mind to notice when we begin to dwell outside of the present moment, blurring the idea of focus that we committed to when we decided to sit in the first place. With practice, we are able to sit and cultivate this moment to moment awareness without judgement."
