All Day Silent Retreat (in Van City)

Join us on June 23rd for an all day silent retreat in the city! Chrissy Abram will be leading the group through a variety of mindfulness practices. Seated meditation, walking meditation, mindful eating, guided visualizations and reflection questions. Do you currently have a  mindfulness practice? If so, we invite you to join us!
