Unravel your Year

And just like that, the holidays are over and it’s time to ring in the new year. For a lot of us, this means reminiscing on the past year and planning what we want to accomplish for ourselves in the new year ahead; whether that means making resolutions or goals for ourselves.

Personally, I’ve always struggled with this process. For one, 365 days is a lot of time. How am I supposed to remember everything that happened in a year, when I can't even remember what I ate for breakfast yesterday? I also don't really like making new year resolutions. I used to be in the habit of making one resolution every year, but have never actually seen one through (ugh. cue the feeling of guilt and failure).

This is why when Susannah Conway's Unravel your Year workbook hit my inbox a few weeks ago I got so excited. I think it just might be the answer to all my new year planning problems.

The workbook has a series of thought provoking questions and exercises, designed to help you explore and uncover your memories, intentions and dreams. It helps you unravel your accomplishments, challenges, fears, changes and discoveries from the past year, and gives you the tools to guide you throughout the next 12 months so you can start planning into your dreams, plans and possibilities for the year ahead.
